1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Rajabandot platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users without exception, including casual visitors, registered members, and users who have completed full identity verification (KYC). rajabandot reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and you are responsible for reviewing the latest version periodically.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account at rajabandot, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Being a legally eligible individual to participate in wagering activities within the jurisdiction of your place of residence.
• Has never been designated as a prohibited participant or blacklisted by any recognized regulatory body.
• Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same name, the same IP address, or the same device is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without any compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Rajabandot reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided, including official identification documents, proof of residential address, and payment methods used.

3. Account Usage & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Rajabandot will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password combination — mixing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account whenever you finish using a shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an added layer of security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on our Withdrawal page, subject to:

• Your account is not under review or restriction.
• Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method as your deposit.

• Using automated software (bots), hacking tools, or any method that provides an unfair advantage to a user.
• Any activity related to money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or financial fraud.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Threatening, harassing, or causing harm to other users or Rajabandot support staff.
• Selling, transferring, or lending your account to a third party.
• Using your account for commercial purposes or activities unrelated to the platform's primary purpose.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination without compensation, as well as legal action if deemed necessary by Rajabandot.
